Hi,
After upgrading from kernel 1.3.71 to 1.3.72, I noticed the following problem with VFAT filesystem:
ariel:/# mount -t vfat /dev/hda1 /dosc ariel:/# umount /dosc ariel:/# mount -t vfat -o umask=007 /dev/hda1 /dosc mount: wrong fs type or bad superblock on /dev/hda1 ariel:/# mount --version (u)mount: version from util-linux-2.2
There are probably newer util-linux, but did anything really change in 1.3.72 to require a different version of mount? Also other filesystems seam to be Ok. -- Snow ^oo^ Cat <snowcat@math.CSUFresno.EDU> _ -> <- aka Oleg Kibirev <oleg@math.CSUFresno.EDU> ___(_) _ _)_ / _) finger oleg@math.math.CSUFresno.EDU for PGP public key \_.-._ |___/ Purr!
