Subjectwhy no new-version notices?
Date
Linus used to post to the list when a new version came out... telling
what was changed, in brief. This stopped around 68 I guess because new
kernels have been appearing but no announcements have ever made it to
the list?

Can we start this back up again? I'm hesitant (at best) to upgrade a
kernel when I have no idea what to expect from it.

So: Please resume posting announcements about new kernel releases and
what has changed.
