Well, thereis a lot of such tools for lienucks(C)Faq. For example, one is coming with the RedHat distribution. The another is linuxconf, very cool for console. But how do you setup sendmail.cf via graphics tools ? :) It's just impossible, I think. Look at how much program uses it's own text config files... No, I think, there is really no need of such tool.
