Applied 8-11 and 13 to kvm-x86 misc. 1-7 were already merged, and I don't want to carry the sweeping TEST_ASSERT_KVM_EXIT_REASON() change, at least not in "misc", and I definitely don't want to grab it without Cc'ing the other arch maintainers. I'll follow up in that patch.
