Thanks for the report, but I think it is going to be hard to use.

I have similar syzbot reports, and I usually wait for relevant SMC or
other layers
on top of TCP to be fixed. At least I wait for a bisection to complete.

You could start a bisection, maybe it will give a valuable signal.
