Subject[PATCH V1 1/4] selftests: amd-pstate: Modify amd-pstate-ut.sh to basic.sh.

Modify amd-pstate-ut.sh to basic.sh.
The purpose of this modification is to facilitate the subsequent
addition of gitsource, tbench and other tests.
