Subject[PATCH v1 4/4] perf mutex and cond: Updated every occurrence of pthread_mutex and pthread_cond

Structs using pthread_mutex_t and
pthread_cond_t were updated and all the
usage of them were replaced with the new
wrapped functions as per the declaration &
definition in mutex.h and mutex.c files. Header
files included in each file were modified so as
to avoid redefinition errors.
