  The values will be same for most of the cases. (Atleast till now, all
devices using this phy,
both upstream and downstream have same register values).

I put the suffix as IDP but been using the same for all version of sc7280.
These tuneables are not spec to sc7280. Currently all downstream and
upstream
qcom devices using this phy have the same register mappings.

This was just implemented this way just in case some one provided a
values that doesn't
match the register mappings. But if it doesn't make sense to put it this
way, I can do a direct lookup
of register mapping tables.
