Two new fields for mem_lvl_num has been introduced: PERF_MEM_LVLNUM_IO and PERF_MEM_LVLNUM_EXTN_MEM. Also, __PERF_SAMPLE_PHYS_ADDR_EARLY is introduce to be used internally by kernel. Kernel header already contains these definitions. Sync them into tools header as well.
