Hi Masahiro,

Is it also possible to rebuild vmlinux.o when objtool changes, for
CONFIG_LTO_CLANG, CONFIG_X86_KERNEL_IBT, or CONFIG_NOINSTR_VALIDATION?
That doesn't seem to be happening.
