Yes, we map runtime in the kernel's address space. But what's the
problem about kexec? We use flat mapping for runtime, so the VA in
runtime is confirmed always the same.

We call SetVirtualAddressMap() here because we still want to support
raw elf kernel, another reason is that we want to map runtime in the
