TDPA / TDPM are functionally linked - it does not make sense to
configure one without the other.
Kernel configuration should reflect this - as a minimum TDPM
configuration should select TDPA.

There is no code to release resources when this module is unloaded.
You need a .remove function, that as a minimum calls
coresight_unregister().
