I was thinking about syncing the flags for both feature test-perl and perf/libperl-support.
tools/build/feature/Makefile tools/perf/Makefile.config
So, I guess FLAGS_PERL_EMBED differs.
For building perf '-ffat-lto-objects' is filtered-out...
