Looks like an NFC issue to me, Krzysztof?

I mean, rfkill got allocated by nfc_register_device(), freed by
nfc_unregister_device(), and then used by nfc_dev_up(). Seems like the
last bit shouldn't be possible after nfc_unregister_device()?
