Dear Paul,

Actually, I was able to reproduce and bisect the commit that started causing
described stalls (I have already explained how 5.10 didn't show any under the
exactly same saved widows and tabs set.)

Please find complete dmesg, my lshw and bisect attached.

I am not competent to estimate how this commit causes this kind of problems,
and whether stalls up to 20 jiffies are worth eradicating.
