In any case, it seems to work, guest has:

Subject: [PATCH] x86/cpu, kvm: Add X86_FEATURE_AUTOIBRS

Add AMD AutoIBRS feature bit support. Use a synthetic bit as this is the
first bit from the 0x80000021 leaf.

Add the corresponding word to KVM's feature machinery so that the bit
gets advertized into the guest too.
