From the script you're invoking:
if [ "$MUNGE_CASE" = "yes" ] ; then ARG="`echo $ARG | tr a-z A-Z`" fi ... MUNGE_CASE=yes while [ "$1" != "" ] ; do ... --keep-case|-k) MUNGE_CASE=no continue ;;
So perhaps use -k when using that script to enable one of the rare config options that contains a lower-case letter.
