This is still more a list of changes in the code rather than a normal changelog which is making it really hard to review - I'm getting lost with the patch description trying to figure out what the idea here is or how this is all supposed to fit together. Like I said last time please look at submitting-patches.rst. It's probably also useful to look at how other kernel changelogs are written and follow a similar style.
Please submit patches using subject lines reflecting the style for the subsystem, this makes it easier for people to identify relevant patches. Look at what existing commits in the area you're changing are doing and make sure your subject lines visually resemble what they're doing. There's no need to resubmit to fix this alone.
