Subject[PATCH 15/19] KVM: x86/emulate: Remove unused "ctxt" of task_switch_{16, 32}()

The "struct x86_emulate_ctxt *ctxt" parameter of task_switch_{16, 32}()
is not used, so remove it. No functional change intended.
