Subject[RFC PATCH 03/17] net: ipa: Refactor GSI code
Date
From: Vladimir Lypak <vladimir.lypak@gmail.com>

Perform machine refactor to change "gsi_" with "ipa_" for function which
aren't actually GSI-specific and going to be reused for IPA v2 with BAM
DMA interface.

Also rename "gsi_trans.*" to "ipa_trans.*", gsi.h to ipa_dma.h, gsi_private.h
to "ipa_dma_private.h".

All the changes in this commit is done with this script:

symbols="gsi_trans gsi_trans_pool gsi_trans_info gsi_channel gsi_trans_pool_init
