This struct can't be made const as it is filled up at runtime.
This devices' supported 3d frequencies are dependant on the chosen
sampling frequency, so this table gets updated every time the sampling
frequency is changed.
It is first filled up by a call to adxl355_fill_3db_frequency_table()
in adxl355_setup(). Whenever the sampling frequency is updated, the
adxl355_fill_3db_frequency_table() is called to refill the table.
