    Subject[PATCH v7 09/20] tools lib: Introduce bitmap_intersects() operation
    Date
    Introduce bitmap_intersects() routine that tests whether
    bitmaps bitmap1 and bitmap2 intersects. This routine will
    be used during thread masks initialization.
