I believe more mistakes below in this file could hitchhike this patch to get fixed. :-)

isses -> issues
assocition -> association
signe -> sign
assocaition -> association
managemement-> management
restransmissions->retransmission
sideffect -> sideeffect
bomming -> booming
chukns-> chunks
SHUDOWN -> SHUTDOWN
violationg->violating
explcitly-> explicitly
CHunk-> Chunk
