You are not so far but sorry I still have a remark:

The pin-controller move in stm32h743.dtsi should be done in this patch.
For the moment you don't need to create a dedicate file to only define
the compatible string in stm32h743-pinctrl.dtsi. Just add it in
stm32h743.dtsi. I'm ok to rename stm32h743-pinctrl.dtsi by
stm32h7-pinctrl, and at the end remove stm32h743-pinctrl.dtsi, so don't
forget to change the include file for stm32h743 disco and eval dts file.
