This won't work for vhci_hcd. You don't want to get rid of this
USB_SS_PORT_STAT_POWER and USB_PORT_STAT_POWER handling for sure.

The other changes to check for invalid values for USB3 and USB2 are
valid, but I would like to see them in a separate patch.

This bug can be fixed with a two line change to check which is done
for ClearPortFeature in commit 718bf42b119de652ebcc93655a1f33a9c0d04b3c
