Yes, but no one can apply that until all the dependencies land in
Linus' tree yet we still want it in -rc1 so that there's not cross
tree dependencies in the next cycle. Or Mark can provide a stable
branch to Stephen. Like I said, it's a pain.

In any case, at this point Stephen needs to comment.
