SubjectRe: [PATCH v6] ftrace: disable preemption when recursion locked

Hi, Steven, Miroslav

Should have fixed the comments about bit value, besides, add
a warn in trace_clear_recursion() to make sure the bit < 0
abusing case will get notified.

Please let me know if there are any other issues :-)
