Subject[PATCH] x86: Use INVPCID mnemonic in invpcid.h
Date
Current minimum required version of binutils is 2.23,
which supports INVPCID instruction mnemonic.

Replace the byte-wise specification of INVPCID with
this proper mnemonic.
