Sorry, but is it too late to ask you to change my commit message? I'd
really appreciate it if it's still possible. If it's difficult, please
ignore this.

Even if it's too late, I hope writing the improved one here still helps
someone as long as there is a link to this mail thread in the Link tag.
So, I write the improved one below anyway:
- added the vendor name (Microsoft) of devices where we observed this issue
- fixed some grammatical errors

If a reset is performed but even the reset fails for some reasons (e.g.,
on Microsoft Surface devices, fw reset requires other quirks),
cancel_work_sync() in mwifiex_cleanup_pcie() hangs.
