Right, I wasn't able to figure out a way to make the schema more
flexible, so I will just modify the description above.

Yeah, ti,bootreg is only a single entry of a phandle + args. However, it
seems like this tweak does not work, so I will just drop it.

Hmm, ok, I was assuming just setting the min/maxItems does this but it
