How can we know it's base64? As I saw from the 'Headers' in patchwork, it's: "Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit" https://patchwork.kernel.org/patch/10922657/
We'd like to fix it this.
