Subject[PATCH 33/34] tracing: Use CONFIG_PREEMPTION
Date
CONFIG_PREEMPTION is selected by CONFIG_PREEMPT and by CONFIG_PREEMPT_RT.
Both PREEMPT and PREEMPT_RT require the same functionality which today
depends on CONFIG_PREEMPT.

Add additional header output for PREEMPT_RT.

If this flag is set, it is possible that the callback will also

+ be called with preemption enabled (when CONFIG_PREEMPTION is set),
but this is not guaranteed.
