if zcrypt is not configured, I suppose that the KVM code initializaing CRYCB
has no use but the function will be called from KVM.
So I would do something like:

#ifdef ZCRYPT
external definitions.
#else
stubs returning error -ENOZCRYPT (or whatever)
#endif
