This is in tpm-interface.c:

    rc = tpm2_commit_space(chip, space, ordinal, buf, &len);
    if (rc)
        dev_err(&chip->dev, "tpm2_commit_space: error %d\n", rc);

I suppose you will remove if(rc) ... ?
