The checklist suggests rcu_barrier_bh for RCU-bh and similarly for sched, however these APIs are now implemented as rcu_barrier itself due to the RCU consolidation. It may also be removed in the future, so lets correct the doc to encourage use of the rcu_barrier() API itself. Similar changes are made in previous patches.
