Yes, I guess. I am all for useful improvements.
What exactly is reasonable subject line? And how it can be extracted
for an arbitrary kernel tree?

Unfortunately this information can't be reliably obtained for any
kernel bug (due to the nature of kernel, not due to syzbot).
