Hi Greg,

Make sure you apply:
[PATCH 4.4 v2] x86/pti/efi: broken conversion from efi to kernel page table

It is the same patch but fixes a compiling issue when compiled
without: CONFIG_PAGE_TABLE_ISOLATION
