Don't know if that information is valued, but before loading data server
does not
do anything for last 3-4 hours and probably kernel put some processes in
sleeping mode
then data is begin loaded. Logs tell us
10k changes for few seconds until all data of 3-4 mil keys is loaded.
May be, as you suggest kernel can not start the processes so quickly.
Last night I does not have that problem, but for the moment I can not
confirm
the suggested solution is worked.
