Subject[PATCH v3 1/4] ACPICA: Linux headers: Remove ACPI_PREEMPTION_POINT() due to no usages.

This patch deletes deprecated ACPI_PREEMPTION_POINT(), there is no user for
it in Linux kernel now. Lv Zheng.
