there is one for arm64 and s390.

arch/arm64/include/asm/processor.h:#define ARCH_LOW_ADDRESS_LIMIT PHYS_MAS
arch/s390/include/asm/processor.h:#define ARCH_LOW_ADDRESS_LIMIT 0x7fffff
