Currently watchdog client is compiled with MEI and not with MEI_ME
Fixes error: When CONFIG_WATCHDOG is not enabled:
ERROR: "watchdog_unregister_device" [drivers/misc/mei/mei.ko] undefined! ERROR: "watchdog_register_device" [drivers/misc/mei/mei.ko] undefined
