Subject[PATCH 2/5] mm/memblock: rename get_allocated_memblock_reserved_regions_info()

Rename get_allocated_memblock_reserved_regions_info() to
memblock_reserved_regions_info() so that the function name
looks more short and has prefix "memblock".
