As has been stated before, this ccflags setting is what needs to be fixed, not trying to fix up the warnings here (although that is a good goal overall.)
Also, this isn't how to submit a patch to the stable kernel tree, please read Documentation/stable_kernel_rules.txt for how to properly do that.
