echo 1 > /proc/sys/kernel/sysrq <wait for hang> ALT-SYSRQ-P or ALT-SYSRQ-T
Is the NMi watchdog enabled? Boot with `nmi_watchdog=1', make sure that the NMI counts are incrementing in /proc/interrupts.
