In a 2.6.13 tree could you please do

wget ftp://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/people/akpm/patches/2.6/2.6.13-rc2/2.6.13-rc2-mm1/broken-out/mtrr-suspend-resume-cleanup.patch
patch -p1 -R < mtrr-suspend-resume-cleanup.patch

and retest?
