Does this work in 2.4 ? If not, any patch flying around ? It would be interesting to have this functionality in 2.4 also so people can start modifying and teting things like DVD readers, rsync, updatedb, grep and so on...
I have tested O_STREAMING in 2.4 and it is fine...
