Hi FRODRIGUEZC,
SAP doesn't compile any kernels and provides it to customers. vmlinuz-2.4.9-31enterprise looks like one of the update-kernels from RedHat. Anyway, you should address this sort of questions to mailto:linux@sap.com instead.
