Tested in the following configurations (hardware courtesy of OSDL) 32way i686/NUMAQ/SMP w/ IOAPIC - passed 32way i686/NUMAQ/SMP w/o IOAPIC - passed 8way i686/SMP kernel w/ IOAPIC - passed 8way i686/SMP kernel w/o IOAPIC - passed
