Any Kernel 2.4.X works fine on the system but any mandrake 2.6 or compiled kernel from kernel.org will panic on boot. I narrow the problem to IRQ routing since all 2.4 kernels will report my megaraid controller on IRQ 9 and Intel EtherPro100 on IRQ 10 when 2.6 kernel reporting them on IRQ 25 and 26 respectively. Are there any lilo switches I can use to make IRQs behave like under 2.4 kernel.
