Is someone planing cleanup current ipv4 for allow modularize ?

It will be good have abilities for allow prepare (dist) kernel binaries
with modular ipv4 and ipv6 for allow on run-time choose which protocol
will be main (or even ipx or any other protocol) without recompile all
suff.
